Delivery

UK Most items are sent by Royal Mail. Standard delivery charge is £3.95. Any UK orders over £75 will qualify for free standard delivery. We pride ourselves on our speedy service - If we receive payment by 1pm we aim to send out orders the same day. Heavier items are sent either by Standard parcels (3-5 days) or courier.

Courier Service for urgent items at a flat rate of £6.50. Orders need to be placed by 1pm to allow time for packing and collection. Unfortunately the courier is only available for delivery to zones A & B.  

European: Price of European delivery is priced at: under £20 = £5, £20 - £29.99 = £6, £30 - £39.99 = £8, £40 - £49.99 = £10, £50 - £59.99 = £12, £60 - £69.99 = £14, £70 - £79.99 = £16, £80 - £89.99 = £18, £90 - £99.99 = £20, £100 - £124.99 = £25, £125 - £149.99 = £30, £150 - £174.99 = £35, £175 - £199.99 = £40, £200 = £50.

European orders are sent using a courier or by Royal Mail Airmail. The prices above have been calculated for an average order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund the order if the parcel is too heavy or too large to be economic.

Outside of Europe: For international orders please email and we can send you a PayPal invoice - postage will be charge at cost.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item – please return it unused within 7 working days and we will refund the price. Contact us by phone or email prior to returning the item. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by craftykid. Your statutory rights are not affected. The item must still be in it’s original packaging and in mint condition.

International
